Membership Application
Membership in the Barbados Pharmaceutical Society is by application only, received on the official Membership Application Form. Residents of Barbados may obtain the Membership Application Form by contacting the BPS, or by completing the form on-line, printing and faxing it to the BPS. Barbados applicants may tender payment by cheque to Barbados Pharmaceutical Society. Overseas applicants may tender payment via International Bank Draft only.
Note: Applications cannot be processed until payment of dues is received in full.
